The Inventory Window is used to manage inventory. The window is split into two parts: the left half is the catalog tree view which lists the products in the catalog, and the right half consists of tabs that give different views of the product.

"Manage inventory with ease and accuracy."

The catalog tree view shows the products in your catalog and includes options for adding, sorting or removing catalog items. The name tree view is used to describe the window control used to organize the products. As nodes are expanded in the tree view, the choice of products narrows, until the final "leaf" node denotes an individual product. Select a product and the tabbed views to the right will activate.

The tabbed views show different product details and appears when you select a catalog item in the catalog tree view. The separate tabs each perform a different inventory function.

To access the Inventory window, select the Inventory button on the main toolbar. Alternately, select Action | Inventory from the menu bar, or press the F8 key.

Attributes Tab
Use this tab to edit a product's attributes. allows you to individualize each product by assigning any number of attributes. Use the minimal number of attributes need to describe two different products. Usually the plants differ on price; use the attributes to describe why they are different. Typically the pot size or plant size are used to distinguish why the same plant material has two different prices. Attributes can also be very specific, i.e. Plastic Pot #1 or Wood Sq. Box 3.

Use this view to attach messages and warnings to supply reports for the catalog item.
